ModifiedMotion: So tell me, how did you get into modeling?

Talia: my parents started me in runway as a toddler, i’ve always been really photogenic and outgoing. I took a break for a while and around age 15 or 16, photographers and agents were always approaching me in the mall and around DC. I couldn’t really do anything I wanted to do, like lingerie and what not, until I was legal.. so I had my first photo shoot in forever on my 18th birthday!

MM: What other work have you done in the car industry?

Talia: I’m the official spokesmodel for a shop called Ptuning and I’ve been in Super Street magazine [Aug 07]. I’ve done several shows this season including Hot Import Nights in various cities, Kumho Street Warriorz, Formula D, and I’m also a NOPI chic.

MM: What gets you around town when you’re not flying the friendly skies?

Talia: Right now I’m pushin a 2000 Honda Civic SI, it’s pretty much stock. I’ve got a skunk2 short shifter, skunk2 test pipe, and greddy ti-c exhaust. I was going to put a greddy t3t4 turbo kit on it but days after making that decision I got in some trouble with the 5-0 and my license is going to be gone in about 2 weeks. So she’s for sale if anyone’s interested!

MM: Do you plan on building upon any other cars?

Talia: Yeah, definitely. I’m moving to Miami for a year where I won’t need a car, but after that I’m moving to LA and I plan on getting a Lotus Exige, dropping a K20 and some kind of turbo.. I have big plans!

MM: You sure do know a lot about your cars! What caught your interest?

Talia: Honestly, I’m not gonna lie.. it was around the time that The Fast and The Furious came out. I was 11 years old I think and the first car I ever “dreamed of” was a supra. Since then I’ve just been surrounded by guys into the scene and I got pretty involved!

MM: I see that your myspace profile screams out that you would love to move out to Miami or L.A. What makes you want to leave the D.C. area?

Talia: For what I’m doing with my life as far as makeup artistry and modeling, DC just really isn’t poppin. Don’t get me wrong, I love the district, but I’m just not really meant for this place. I can’t get famous by staying in my hometown, I’ve gotta move on with my life in bigger places.

MM: And what’s with this craziness about you and flamingos? LOL

Talia: I’m just obsessed. They’re my favorite animal, probably because they’re the only animal that is pink, which is obviously my favorite color.

MM: After working so hard to get to where you are now, how often do you have time for your friends and family?

Talia: Unfortunately not a whole lot of time. I’m mostly out of town on weekends, which is when all my friends are able to come out and play. I miss alot of good parties, but I’m here for alot of fun stuff too. It’s a little weird when they’re all talking about school and work and I talk about modeling and bikini contests, but we’re all still really cool.. I’m still the same old Talia!

MM: Is there a guy involved in your life at the moment?

Talia: Somewhat. I’m sure everybody has heard the rumors, but just in case there’s another rumor out there I don’t know about I will neither confirm or deny anything! I’m technically single though as of right now, I’m just having fun and doing me for once.

MM: Though, as a typical girl’s obsession, where do you like to shop?

Talia: This is the part where I sound like a stuck up bitch. [am i allowed to cuss? because i’ve corrected my language like 30 times so far but bitch isn’t really a bad word is it?] I am all about name brands, I won’t try to downplay it. I stay up in Tyson’s II - Neiman Marcus, Saks, Chanel, Versace, and if we had a Marc Jacobs store, I’d be all about that too! I’m obsessed with designers, and that’s where most of my money goes. I also like to shop in SoHo and Brooklyn in NYC, the best places to find dunks!

MM: Where do you see yourself in 5 years from now?

Talia: In five years I’ll be 24.. I’ll be A-list for sure, as a model, makeup artist, and just for being Talia Sundseth! I’ll hopefully be settling down then planning my wedding.. gotta start a family young if I wanna be a MILF!

MM: Is there anything you would like to tell the whole world?

Talia: I want to thank everyone for all their love and support, no matter how cliche it is, because I really don’t know where I would be if I didn’t have fans. Rappers and Actors aren’t lying when they say that they owe it all to the fans, it’s so true. And also.. who wants to buy me a drink? =p
